RESOLUTION:

This is a bug with Microsoft Java VM, please install Sun Java VM and try again.

0.Download Sun Java VM (http://www.java.com/en/download/) and install Sun Java VM.
1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Double-click Java icon to open Java Control Panel.
3.In Java Control Panel, click Advanced tab.
4.Under the Advanced tab you will see a + icon next to Default Java for browsers.
5.Click the + icon, and check the checkbox next to Microsoft Internet Explorer.
6.Click Apply to save your settings.
7.Restart Internet Explorer.

WORKAROUND:

Please open IE - Tools-->Internet Options --> Advanced

Remove the check mark from “Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks”

Close and start IE
