How does the compression throughput is measured?

The compression throughput is depending on whether it is compressed by software or hardware and model.  Most of TMX model uses software compression, except TMX5000 has hardware.  The maximum compression throughput is limited by the SSL throughput, since it is compressed before it does SSL.  In general, the maximum throughput for hardware compression is 1.5Mbps.
