Documentation synchronization
in Developing jQuery UI

Hey team,
all embedded documentation from the wiki,
- static documentation pages (theming pages, changelog etc)
- theming tab on widget pages
- all other tabs on documentation pages (these come from the processed xslt)
are now synced automatically. The first two use my caching and fetching script, meaning
they're updated every 10 minutes right now (we can set that to a higher/lower time for
performance reasons on production). The scripts that are generated through the
ant task are updated using the general cron job (I think every 5 min).
