Automatic caching PLEASE

The user experience is not good at all if the user doesn't get the full list of class suggestions in HTML, because he forgot to run command manually (or click on light button) after the CSS edit. The solution is very good, but this destroys everything!
Is there a way to make it cache everything on save? or window focus?

Or maybe a setting to 'watch' certain files when changed!!
