Seems to me that a large part of the desirability of editinplace is that it makes the high-overhead WYSIWYG editors unnecessary. -View text *as rendered* my markdown, BBCode, Textile, wiki markup, etc -click (or any other trigger) to go into edit mode -make changes in code view -hit return or other trigger to save and re-render through ajax goodness without a page refresh.
Rather than tie in one of the WYSIWYG editors, I'd prefer to combine it with a popup that gives a rendered preview that could be accepted/rejected before committing the changes to the database. -Zach David Gironella wrote: > > Somebody test or have a piece of code to use editinplace and WYSIWYG > editor(tiny_mc,fckeditor,etc..) > > > > Thk. > > Giro. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > jQuery mailing list > [email protected] > http://jquery.com/discuss/ > _______________________________________________ jQuery mailing list [email protected] http://jquery.com/discuss/
