If you mean the highlight effect when the buttons are hovered over:
a.iconButton {
background: transparent url(/path/to/iconWithTransparentBkgd.gif) no-
repeat 50% 50%;
border: 1px solid transparent;
}
a. iconButton:hover {
background-color: #B6BDD2;
border-color: #0A246A;
}
If you posted a demo online I could have used the class name you used
instead of .iconButton, but you get the idea.
