I modified the original GreaseMonkey script by Paul Bakaus to remove the remote dependencies. When it detects jQuery, it will show the jQuery icon as a small overlay in the bottom-right of your browser.

The JQuery logo sounds good as it would keep the status bar as uncluttered as possible.
