Safari on Windows is a beta version 3.  Most Mac users still use
Safari 2, the stable release version included with current versions of
Mac OS X (the 10.4.x family).  Even the Mac version of Safari 3 is
still in beta, due to be shipped with OS X 10.5.

Just make sure you are comparing apples to apples (no pun intended)
when finding Safari differences between operating systems.  I wouldn't
expect Safari to have identical results between Mac and Windows until
OS X 10.5 is released and gains some market share (thus spreading
Safari 3 across the Mac community).
