Could this issue possibly be fixed by adding a style attribute to the cell 
instead of using a css class?  Can I do that in the beforeShowDay function?

I found the issue, there is a setting in IE that is turned off by
default that says print background colors and images.  We are in an
intranet setting, so I'm trying to see if there is a way to toggle
that on just for this one page without making the user do it all the
time.
