Try downloading the theme again (the custom theme css contains a long url
with all your custom settings, so you don't have to redo them). I cleared
the cache on the server after seeing your message this morning. This fixes
it in almost all cases. My guess is you didn't receive the images folder in
the theme before, but you should now. Please let us know if it still doesn't
