Thanks Steve! I re-coded everything today to place all js in the footer (before the body close). The exception was only a couple of items, no big deal.
Now for my dumb question: which css? Say, if I want the default to be ui-lightness, do I do this in the header? <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="js/jquery/themes/ui-lightness/jquery-ui.css" /> or something else?
