remove unused data/icons/svg

Those icons were used earlier instead of appointment-new-symbolic
for version control.

Though they can be useful for some future redesign,
storing unused icons the current repository looks too confusing.

Even used icons has complexity:
some icons are in data/icons and other in meld/resources/icons.
