  1. Add Touch ID support for authentication prompts (SelfControlApp#918) 

    Enable biometric authentication using the builtin:authenticate mechanism
for macOS 10.12.2 and later. When Touch ID is available, users can
authenticate with their fingerprint instead of typing their password.
The system automatically falls back to password authentication on
devices without Touch ID support.

This improves the user experience by:
- Allowing faster authentication with Touch ID
- Maintaining full backwards compatibility
- Using Apple's built-in authentication mechanisms
