  2. 2 new callback options 

    Option 1: new parameter "onlyLastCallback" to only trigger the
end-of-transistion callback of the last of matching selector elements
Option 2: Additional lastCallback parameter to be called when all
animations on all matching selector elements are finished

  1. Setting "transistionsSupported" added 

    If a browser doesn't support CSS transistions the callbacks will be
called immediately to not interrupt the processig flow. The setting can
be set with Modernizr.csstransitions for example.
