Move boxdim.svg to using Helvetica

This is the only image using Verdana (a non-free font that's not
typically aliased to any free metric-compatible font), so it would
typically be built with the fallback font; this moves us to using
Helvetica as we use as a sans-serif font in all other SVGs.
