CSSWG added the following resolution(s):

  • RESOLVED: Continue to work on the item-* props as a set of switches for all items-in-container layout modes
  • RESOLVED: Put it in grid-3 for now, with intention to move

in w3c/csswg-drafts#11480 (comment)
