CSSWG added the following resolution(s):

  • RESOLVED: Say "approximate order" for the principles
  • RESOLVED: Specify that 'base' styles can't lean on the "UA Styles" exception in WCAG criteria, they're treated as author styles for this purpose

in w3c/csswg-drafts#12019 (comment)
