[2.13-release] Upload showed that it failed, but actually went through

Summary:

I uploaded https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Shorncliffe_Pier.jpg . On the contributions screen, it first displayed the upload as failed, then displayed the successful upload eventually. I did not tap "retry" or do anything else after the failure.

Upload was a normal upload via Gallery FAB.

This only happened to my first upload after logging out and logging in again. Subsequent uploads seemed fine.

System logs:

Edit: I just realized that the logs in my Send Logs file were not recent, with the latest being 3rd Sep. So no logs for the release build available.
