The app could easily upload audio files. Right from the start screen we see a picture of a camera, a picture of mountains...

Actually OGG upload seems to be more-or-less working (accidentally?) as tipped by Jidanni at #4352

I think first of all the app would need to be able to play audio files. That is really important! One could for example listen to spoken Wikipedia files.
