Ast transformers follow ups (#1820)

* two new fixtures for optional chained predicates and optional element access

* add schema injection for lift

* replace legacy logging transformer and support --show-transformed differently

* lint

* remove js-runtime/typescript/transformer directory and move its functionality into new ts-transformers where it belongs

* finish migrating test coverage from js-runtime into ts-transformers

* better naming
