Overnight we got a lot of timeouts in the bg worker

Here are some from today:

When I go to my charm directly: https://toolshed.saga-castor.ts.net/slow-test/baedreihenfvbku4fw2wemt762d5qtk4f6pie4mcupthm2k6b2jkuy43b54 and click "fetch" with the console open, I see it finishes in a second or so.
