Develop a license reuser tool

Develop a ‘license reuser’ tool. A tool where people who have found a CC work on another platform and want to know how to best use the license. Given a specific medium (e.g. in a book, on a site, etc.)

Something like:
Where did you find the work (URL)
Which license does the work have (URL) or auto-filled by traversing the above link
Where would you want to use the work? Book, website, Social, Poster, etc.
Result: Best practice for the chosen reuse is...
