Describe the bug
The link to the German 3.0 port is broken in the German deed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/de/
  2. Click on Lizenz
  3. The corresponding URL (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/de/legalcode.de) leads nowhere.

Expected behavior
The correct URL for the legal code is https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/de/legalcode

Additional context
I would guess this is a Transifex problem, but I am not sure. This is a lower priority item, given that it relates to pre-4.0 versions but I wanted to track it so it is not lost. We got an email about in Freshdesk.

This also affects BY-ND, we got a report of it in Freshdesk. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/de/
