GitHub just completely changed their UI for web hook configuration.

The GitHub docs are really overwhelming at this point because they've mixed the webhook creation with how to implement a hook handler on your server.

We should just stop telling people to use web hooks and start telling people to use the custom jQuery Plugins hook. Then the configuration is as simple as clicking a checkbox.
