jQuery Mobile sites background needs to be adjusted to not blend with logo

Tested on branch new-css and the new jQuery Mobile logo blends with the green background

Issue is for both jquerymobile.com and api.jquerymobile.com

I think the green used is a bit too yellow and light now that we have a new logo. Here's a mockup that is darker and more blue which helps. Contrast will always be an issue with this logo on green (I'd prefer to set this on gray) but if we're going this way, I'd suggest we move in this direction. Feel free to adjust, this is just a suggestion.

The change is really two-fold - We have made a change so that when logos are used on dark backgrounds, see reference image below. The tagline/name area is shown in white, rather than the product colour. I can cut a new logo image now.

There is also a new final green, it is: #108040
