I was trying to setup a new host for this and can't get the install process to work on any version of WordPress past 3.8 - cc @nacin

This is from 3.9:

Something went very wrong when trying to install blog.jquery.com as site -2. Find nacin.

Can anyone take a look at the https://github.com/jquery/jquery-wp-content/blob/master/install.php#L75-L77 for me and help us get it fixed?
