Add myself as co-editor (and remove from acknowledgments). Take advantage of some new features of the module preprocessor. Update (although not completely) the status of this document to reflect current status and reflect current understanding of what CSS modules are (based on decisions from 2006-05-11 and on css-beijing draft), and in doing some move some material from the Status of this Document section to the Introduction.
