https://github.com/jonschlinkert/markdown-toc would make https://github.com/shellscape/postcss-values-parser/blob/master/API.md much easier to explore.

ha, sorry, forgot. PR'd.

Didn't want to mess with Husky and a precommit hook, but let me know if you'd like it and I can add.

Also, you might want to double check the ToC hierarchy to make sure it looks correct.
