Inconsistent version numbers of @tailwindcss/forms

Sorry for posting in a wrong place, and GitHub doesn't allow me to delete this conversation. I won't create a new issue in order to save the time of your guys.

About @tailwindcss/forms:

• In package.json, the version number is 0.2.0
• In GitHub release, the version number is 0.1.4
• In NPM, the version number is 0.2.1

It really makes people confused. 😵

Maybe we should unify them?
