  1. Add new shadow functionality. 

    New parameters :
 - shadow : blur of the shadow, if 0 : no shadow
 - shadowColor : color of the shadow
Add an extendCanvasRatio represented by a realSize object to take the size of the shadow into account when drawing the HTML5 canvas (so that no clipping occur)
