Bug when datepicker not use #315

I write in master page reference to timepicker, but not use it at some pages ( I use only datepicker in inputs).
And error is occurred when i click on datepicker's input:
jquery-ui-timepicker-addon.js:217 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'val' of null
