Breaking changes handled:
- Updated glob API usage from callback to async/await
- Migrated turbo config from `pipeline` to `tasks`
- Replaced deprecated `vsce` with `@vscode/vsce`
- Added `packageManager` field for turbo v2 compatibility

All builds pass and tests remain functional.
