https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-paint-api-1/#paint-definition-paint-function says it's a "Function callback function type", but the word "Function" links to https://drafts.csswg.org/css-syntax-3/#function whereas I expect it should link to https://heycam.github.io/webidl/#Function

Same thing for https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-paint-api-1/#dom-paintworkletglobalscope-registerpaint step 19.
