[css-box-3] Added a very visible warning, as decided at Sep ftf. Some clean-up of contents. Needs more clean-up before it can be published. Some preparation to use Bikeshed instead of the module postprocessor for expanding the document, but no luck yet. (UTF-8 encoding bug in Bikeshed?)
