A little minor cleanup before publication:

Updated the Changes section. Don't see any benefit in splitting Privacy and Security given the current text is identical for both. |

The current Working Draft is from 2018 and there where a few substantial changes since then like e.g. the addition of the
page-orientation
descriptor.So I think it should be republished (once the Changes section is updated).
