DESCRIBE
There has now been additional implementation feedback from multiple browsers. All current feedback has been addressed and collected in the latest Disposition of Comments, so we would like to publish a new CR.
The Disposition of Comments shows COUNT issues.
All are resolved.
IF THERE ARE OPEN ISSUES, EXPLAIN WHY A NEW CR IS NEEDED

The testsuite shows that NUMBER of TOTAL required tests meet CR exit criteria.
