Trying to install manually in Visual Studio Code 1.5.2, due to network connectivity restrictions. Per VS Code docs:

code --install-extension path/to/....zip

Cannot install the extension. This fails with the message in the title. Cannot install from the Extensions view due to network restrictions. Is there no other way to manually install this? Any suggestions?
