There are other options, like 2 but multiple names return empty for `name`. That's somewhat similar to what we did for `@container` when we added multiple conditions: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/pull/13635. We could do something like that? It's pretty simple. Not sure what the 'authors need to do their own parsing' concern is about? Potential writable names and so on are also not a concern, IMO.
