svgeesus has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [selectors-4] Changes since Level 3 wildly out of date == In [Selectors 4](https://drafts.csswg.org/selectors/), although the [detailed changes](https://drafts.csswg.org/selectors/#changes) are up to date, the summary section [Changes Since Level 3](https://drafts.csswg.org/selectors/#changes-level-3) is unmaintained and significantly out of date. In the course of writing the [Selectors 4 explainer](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/main/selectors-4/Selectors_4_Explainer.md#selectors-4-explainer) for TAG review, I went through Selectors 4 and 3 and created [What is new in Selectors 4](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/main/selectors-4/Selectors_4_Explainer.md#what-is-new-in-selectors-4) which _is_ up to date, and is also organized by thematic grouping. I propose to update the Changes since Level 3 by simply replacing that section in the spec with the one from the explainer. @tabatkins @fantasai does that seem reasonable to you?
