    Anchor Problem with Netscape/IE

I have a problem with a series of web pages not snapping to the correct
named anchor in a horizontal php generated page and I wondered if this
might be caused by a browser problem (netscape). Are charts or articles
about this issue exist online ?

Gee, if only you gave us a URL where the bad behavior is
    exhibited...

Without _something_ to go on, I can make only one suggestion: If the
link is href="somefile# Abc", then the anchor must be "Abc", not
    "abc" or "ABC" or "#Abc".
