preparation for 1.1 release: We will do without the new merge-selectors function for now. Even if we could make it work immediately, we still would have to implement it in the C++ version which needs much time.

set_magic_quotes_runtime(0); removed (email test again)

e-mail notification test

new $intrank algorithm for merge_selectors_and_their_properties_smart function

add stripslashes for get_magic_quotes_gpc.

move the merge_selectors_and_their_properties_smart
call. and add csstidy::merge_selectors after.

update -> merge_selectors_and_their_properties_smart.
