Using Firefox 19 (currently nightly), https everywhere addon enabled, go to

http://archive.org/create

scroll down, click choose a license

select license in partner interface, click proceed

partner interface popup goes blank, doesn't close, doesn't populate parent form
with license choice if forced to close

disable https everywhere, then it works as normal
