The certification part of the PDDC has been superseded by the Public Domain
Mark, see https://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/23830 and
https://creativecommons.org/retiredlicenses

ccooo 0.7.0 has three tabs:
- Creative Commons
- CC0
- Public Domain

The third ought be updated to use PDM.

Additionally, the three tabs ought be renamed, as all concern CC tools. Perhaps

- License
- Public Domain (new works)
- Public Domain (old works)
