I think I'm going to make an adjustment to the roman numerals on the main
licenses and then push live.  But Mike or Nathan (presumably mike given Nathan's
overtaxed with departure stuff), could you double check that I've done this right?

Make plaintext versions of CC0 legalcode and 6 core 3.0 licenses, make them
available at /licenses/by/3.0/legalcode.txt and etc.

Running /licenses/by/3.0/legalcode-plain and friends through w3m, manually
verifying output, and putting these up, should be good enough.

We should also document on teamspace how this is done so that we know how to
reproduce it in the glorious future of CC licenses 4.0, etc.
