Would be nice id the slideshow would stop by default when the page is no longer in foreground (maybe opened as background tab). This would save resouces (which is especially important on mobile) and it will help to give every slide the same time for being visible to the end user.

Hiya!

Thanks for sharing the link. I'll look into this when I have some spare time.

It might be good to pause the video, as that link describes, as well as the slideshow.
