I'm on latest Chrome, and the line
return "#" + myid.replace( /(:|\.|\[|\]|,)/g, "\\$1" )results in only a single backslash being inserted before each match, as opposed to double backslash,eg
hello:world>hello\:worldChanging to
return "#" + myid.replace( /(:|\.|\[|\]|,)/g, "\\\\$1" )fixes this.
