How to set parameter options to imported plugins in the CSS file?

Congrats on the v4 launch! I'm trying to figure out how can I import a plugin and set parameters like we used to with the tailwind.config.js file - I can't seem to find information on this from here: https://tailwindcss.com/docs/functions-and-directives#plugin-directive

Example:

plugins: [
        require('./plugin')({
            charts: true,
            forms: true,
            tooltips: true,
            datatables: true,
            wysiwyg: true,
        }),
        require('flowbite-typography'),
    ]

As you can see, we're conditionally setting certain options true or false.

Not sure how the syntax handles this inside a CSS configuration:

@plugin "flowbite/plugin";
