Timothy Vollmer is an IT Policy Analyst for the American Library Association Office for Information Technology Policy (OITP) in Washington, DC.
Timothy was a Business Development Assistant for Creative Commons from September 2007 - May 2008. Timothy is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Information where he focused on information and technology policy. He was also a research investigator for the Open.Michigan initiative.
