If you stay in downtown Redmond or downtown Bellevue, there are Link Light Rail stops in those locations that connect to the Redmond Technology station on Microsoft campus:
- The Link Light Rail 2 Line opens from Seattle to Redmond March 28, 2026 (right before the F2F). This connects to the SEA airport, and if up and running as expected, it will be an easy way to get to and from SEA. From the airport, board the 1 Line train towards Lynnwood and transfer to the 2 Line towards Redmond at International District/Chinatown station.
- Please note that the Link isn’t free, but you can pay for a ticket at any station, or beforehand online. Tap-to-pay cards and devices are also accepted.
- The building is ~10min walk from the Redmond Technology link light station (Seattle’s local subway system):
- Parking:
- Parking is free on Microsoft campus.
- When parking on Microsoft campus, you will want to look for visitor parking. There will be signs on spots that are meant for visitors.
- There should be visitor parking in front of the building, and in the parking garage next to the building.
- Make sure your car license plate is registered when checking in at the Microsoft building 122 lobby.
Covid Protocols
- Masks recommended, but not required, in the meeting room.
- COVID testing daily before meeting.
- Outdoor dining encouraged, weather permitting.
- Strong recommendation to wear a mask in airports and on airplanes (particularly during takeoff and landing) except for brief periods while eating, drinking, or taking oral medication, or unless otherwise exempt.
