Passenger liner ASTURIAS
Glass whole plate negative of the Royal Mail liner ASTURIAS, Sydney, New South Wales. Seen from starboard side, the vessel contains one main funnel and two masts and many people can be seen on deck and on shore. The image was taken at Circular Quay before the construction of the Orient Line wharf. This event is dated at 1908 as this was the only year that this particular vessel made it to Sydney.
